Refund policy

Being a small, completely handmade business, we do not accept 'change of mind' returns. To be eligible for a return/refund, you must have received an incorrect product, size, color, or a defective item. 

In the event that you have received a returnable item, kindly notify us by emailing us at lyra.by.amanda@gmail.com, with a description of the issue and photographs or videos, within 5 days of receipt. You must return the product to us in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Delivery fees for parcels shipped back to our premises will be borne by you. Kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records as we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages we do not ship. Lost parcels will not be eligible for exchange or return. 

We are also unable to accept online returns for Lyra products not purchased on this website.
