Shipping policy

For readily available pieces, your order will be processed & shipped within 3 working days upon receiving the order confirmation.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Standard shipping rates apply for redeliveries if parcels fail to be delivered or picked up and are returned to our studio.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Peninsula - 1.90 USD (3-5 working days)

Sabah/Sarawak - 3.60 USD (3-7 working days)

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer standard and express tracked international shipping for all international orders. Depending on your country, estimated delivery time range from 4 - 16 working days for standard shipping or 1 - 3 working days for express shipping.

Rates are automatically calculate at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LYRA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
